Deposits and Payments: A deposit of $150 is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due at the time of the party. I accept personal checks, made payable to Debbie Youngquist or credit cards via paypal.
NSF: There is a $25 bank fee for any check that is returned to me with NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS.
Minimum Attendance: Parties may be scheduled for up to sixteen children. If less than ten children attend your party, you will be still be charged for the group of 10. If one of your invited guests brings an uninvited guest I will happily add them to you party for an additional charge of $15.
Maximum Attendance: You are allowed to add up to six (6) additional children. You will be charged $15 for each additional child, over the amount of (10) ten. Maximum attendance is sixteen.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: I will refund your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule for any other reason, I will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration.
Liability for Damage: We appreciate your consideration by ensuring that our property is treated gently and carefully. You are financially liable for any damage incurred.
Arriving & Departure Times: I suggest that the birthday girl and guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time. Extended-hour parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. I appreciate your consideration and understanding.
Tables & Chairs: It is your responsibility to supply tables, chairs and decorations for the party.
Travel Fees: A $50 traveling fee will be charged when travel exceeds a 25 mile radius. Additional fees may apply if outside the coverage area.
Gratuity & Tipping: A gratuity is not included, but appreciated.
